Tapmagic.ie is dedicated to providing excellent products and service at competitive prices.
To make a purchase, browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy to add it to your shopping cart. When you have selected all the items you wish to buy, click on“Checkout” to pay for your goods.
You may cancel your order at any time between the day the order is placed and the end of 14 days following the day on which your goods are received. Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. You must inform us by email, fax or in writing of your wish to cancel. You must contact us for advice on safely returning goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely and in original condition. We may accept goods made unsalable due to damaged packaging, though this is at our discretion and is subject to a 15% repackaging cost on original full price and not on any sale price.. We will refund your money within 30 days of receipt of the goods, less any delivery costs incurred (if any). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
You have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to the point of dispatch.Electrical items can be returned within one month of date of purchase, providing that they are unused and the packaging is undamaged. When a complete product has been purchased, it is considered to be accepted at the point of installation and is therefore outside of the standard returns process (cover is then under the standard guarantee terms and conditions). Please ensure you have checked that all items are in the box prior to installation, as claims for lost parts cannot be considered after the unit has been installed.
Once you have contacted Tapmagic, the goods must be received at Tapmagic within 14 days. The goods must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging. We also recommend returned goods are suitably packaged, insured appropriately and sent via a ‘traceable’ carrier with proof of posting.
After the one month period has expired, we reserve the right not to accept goods back.
Unless the item is faulty, Tapmagic will not be responsible for the return carriage. Any fault will need to be verified by Tapmagic Quality Control before a refund is considered.
Packaging costs, consequential losses or unreasonable postage costs for faulty returns will not be considered.
A refund will be issued upon receipt of goods and can only be made to the original card payment was taken from, or via a cheque sent to the original invoice address.
This is in line with European distance selling directives.
Remember to make all the necessary enquiries before purchase as we cannot accept responsibility for any indiscretions or overviews by the purchaser . If goods are not faulty and are being returned because of an oversight this carries the normal 15% restocking charge on the original full price when returned within the specified time provided they are in unused and perfect condition.
As part of our commitment to excellent customer service, our standard delivery service (2 working days) is included at no extra charge for orders delivered to mainland Ireland addresses (contact us for a price for non-mainland deliveries). Free delivery only applies to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland . Free delivery only applies to the UK when an order of two or more taps or orders over €200 euros is made.
You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good condition. If items are damaged on delivery you should not accept them, let the courier return them to Tapmagic. You should never sign a delivery as ‘unchecked’. You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery.
If goods are ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday, the order on the next working day and delivery dates will vary accordingly. If a delivery would normally fall due over the Christmas shutdown period, the delivery period may be extended to a later date. We endeavour to deliver all goods on time, however delays are possible so please do not book your plumber or electrician until goods have been safely received complete and in good condition. For bulky orders, please ensure that someone is available to help the driver move the goods from the delivery van to your premises.
In the event of a pricing error on the website, Tapmagic.ie will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
All goods are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from date of receipt of goods. On some products there is an extended guarantee when insured, and in such cases the extended period is outlined in the product’s description.All electrical items only come with a 12 month warranty. boiling taps come with a 5 year guarantee once your guarantee has been registered.Your statutory rights are not affected. Tapmagic products must be fitted by a qualified technician at all times .If a Tapmagic product has been fitted and returned the onus is on you to prove that a registered plumber and or electrician carried out the installation in accordance with our installation guidlines we do not accept liability for any installation carried out by a technician/plumber we reccomend to you ,That is an agreement between you and the plumber who you pay directly upon installation as we do not take monies for installation under any circumstances. .Failure to follow our installation guidlines will result in your guarantee being null and void. Always disconnect power source when electrical items are not in use or when going on holidays. Once a fault has been reported to us you must return the product within 14 days for our engineer to confirm a fault. Any delay by you or negligence in returning within the specified time frame will deem your warranty void .You have the right to receive a full refund if we inspect the product and it is found to be faulty or you may receive another brand new replacement model which is an agreement by you with us that we have honoured our guarantee to you and no other guarantee is in place. As a continuously evolving company we reserve the right to change the specification of products without notice.
Should you have a complaint we will endeavour to respond to this within 48 hours (2 working days).

All returns are tested. We will replace the goods or give a full refund including reasonable return costs when the fault is confirmed. If no fault is found the return may be refused.
If we are unable to accept your return, you should collect your goods within 21 days of notification. We will hold your goods for a minimum of 21 days but may have to dispose of them after this period if they have not been collected.
